We sure blew through Nov. in a hurry. Where does the time fly? A month ago we were driving a friend to San Antonio to check in at the heart hospital there. After a month long struggle he passed away last night. It is kind of sad as he will be missed by all in the park. A gentle spirit, a great piano player, a kind word whenever you happened to meet him. He was about 76 but had had a few health issues in the last few years but always seemed to rebound back. I guess the body can only take so many big time surgeries. I can't imagine what it would have cost as he had been in intensive care for a month.

Maybe with the rain that is supposed to be coming, this will really be overflowing. |
Well here it is Dec. 6 and I still haven't finished this post. Weather has turned cold at night--below freezing. Had trouble with our furnace--wouldn't seem to put out much heat--just warm, not hot. Anyhow I pulled the ignitor assembly and there was a little bug partially blocking the orifice. I cleaned it up, put it back together and not it is putting out hot air. High 5!! All week is supposed to be cool so glad I've fixed the furnace.
I think we got about about a half inch of rain so we're thankful for that.
Can't seem to get the brain in gear to do much posting so I guess that's it for now. Bye
